Project summary
Set on a slope overlooking the Amman skyline, this villa turns the city into a landscape. The plan is organized around a series of framed views — not decorative but structural, each opening positioned to draw a specific fragment of the urban panorama into the domestic experience.
The façade negotiates between exposure and enclosure with deliberate precision: generous toward the view, reserved toward the neighbors. Inside, light travels through the section in long diagonal paths that shift with the hour.
The city is always present, but always mediated — experienced as image rather than noise.
Described as the right mix between classical and contemporary architecture, the project combines classical proportions with elegant modern treatment. Stone becomes a unifier . Architecture and landscape become one ! The pool stretches the building to be diluted in the overall composition.
