Project summary
The villa organizes itself around a central external court of water and palm, around which the entire program orbits. This is not ornamentation — it is architecture as climate strategy, the courtyard drawing hot air upward while shading the surrounding spaces.
The plan is rigorously ordered in its underlying logic yet nuanced in its spatial expression, generating richness from the tension between symmetry and exception. At its heart, resides an indoor monumental void, welcoming the visitor and creating a mistic atmosphere through wooden machrabiyah under a central dome Every room is in dialogue with the court; every view passes through it.
The oasis at the center is the house's reason for being — a constructed paradise within the geometry of necessity.
