The watcher –
Located in the high plains of Zaarour in Lebanon, at heights of 2000 meters, the watcher is a private residence of 1200 meters squared on a 8000 meters squared terrain.

It perfectly embraces the horizontality of the site, while standing out in contrast, peacefully sitting on the whole as its proud bearer.

The black materiality emerges from a white coat of snow that reigns over the landscape most of the year.

The master bedroom, like a watchtower, stands atop the house as the culmination of the volume opening itself to the scenery as a mole sticking its head out of the ground observing the context.
