Project summary
The project is a competition for a five-star hotel in Agadir, Morocco, a coastal town renowned for its ideal surfing winds. The site is bordered by the sea along its longest side and features a main hotel, various suite sizes, private villas, and a presidential villa.
Designed with a fully integrated approach, this project serves as the perfect retreat from urban life. It consists of a series of scattered volumes inspired by local architecture, constructed using locally sourced bricks. This design harmoniously blends traditional Moroccan elements with modern living spaces, incorporating outdoor patios, piazzas, courtyards, and private gardens and pools, all featuring stone, concrete, and brick materials.
Water features guide visitors through the property, immersing guests in a landscaped paradise. Privacy and intimacy are central to this design philosophy. Beneath the entire complex lies a network of 3 kilometers of tunnels that connect the main building to its services and the private villas.
Luxury defines this project, all within a reimagined Moroccan atmosphere.
