Project summary
A mix between the temple and the spaceship.
This project is constraint by many laws that limit the volumetric development, especially with height.
To tend to this constraint, instead of lowering the plot as an immediate approach to the project, it was contrarily elevated to create a monumental reception area.
The elevated platform allows to house underneath it the guest bedrooms, opening up to an outstanding lower garden that mimics an open oasis which allows all the house to look into it.
The pool, extending from the interior space into the oasis, furthers both the monumentality of the project, all while consolidating the sunken oasis as a structural and integral space to the house.
The project becomes as though it is limitless, with spatial possibilities complimenting each other throughout the whole house.
