Nestled in the heart of downtown Tripoli, ABC ANDALUSIA BUSINESS CENTER spans a vast 100,000 square meters and aims to establish a strategic hub for economic, retail, residential, and high-end office spaces within the capital. The project will be developed in multiple phases, with the first phase focusing on the front section of the plot.
This initial phase will occupy a 20,000 square meter area, featuring a prominent façade that directly faces the main road, which serves as Tripoli’s principal artery.
Its strategic location is further enhanced by its proximity to the capital’s seaside and its ongoing developments.
The ABC ANDALUSIA BUSINESS CENTER will house a selection of premium retail shops across two levels, complemented by office spaces on the upper floors. An elevated piazza will serve as the main access point to the upper offices while providing a vibrant leisure area, complete with dining options and suspended gardens. This design aims to create a pleasant atmosphere, offering an escape from the demands of work.
The project is envisioned as a backdrop to the capital, with its linear striped building acting as a stunning stage behind a series of structures that boast spectacular views of the sea. ABC ANDALUSIA BUSINESS CENTER is set to become a central landmark, welcoming tourists arriving from the sea.
The buildings will feature a harmonious blend of white concrete, glass, and aluminum panels, creating a modern and inviting aesthetic with a touch of tradition.
