Akl Architects is a Lebanese architecture practice based in Beirut, founded in 2016 by Akl Akl.
It is structured to conceive and design projects going from the feasibility study to the execution drawings, bill of quantities and site supervision.
Its aim is to try as much as possible to elaborate concepts and architectural approaches that are consequent to each demand and contextual to each program and site.

Akl Akl received in 1999 his Maters in Architecture from ALBA – University of Balamand. His diploma won the prize awarded by the Order of Engineers and Architects of Beirut.
Between 1999 and 2004, he worked in KA architects- Beirut where he was in charge of various projects of different scale.
In 2004 he founded, together with Patrick Boustany, AB architects, an architectural design studio with a shared vision of defining a new emergent contextual architecture. Over the past decade, the firm has evolved into a vibrant cross-disciplinary team that managed to target various countries in the Middle East and Africa.
In 2016 he founded his own independent studio, Akl Architects.
Since 2003, he has been an Architecture Design teacher in the Department of Architecture at ALBA.
In addition to architecture, he is passionate about painting.
His artwork includes multiples paintings, drawings and sketches.
